The idea behind Roseau, MN Community - Vision for the Future is to have the University of Minnesota's Center for Rural Design work with a broad-based steering committee, consisting of community leaders prepresenting the City, County, and Township, to create a community-based design vision and master plan for the City and the surrounding area. This plan will be built upon current mitigation planning that followed the flood of 2002. |
