Community Vision for the Future:
The main idea behind the Roseau Community Vision for the Future is to
have the Center for Rural Design work with a broad-based steering
committee to create a community-based vision and master plan for the City
and surrounding area. The plan would be built upon current
mitigation planning following the devastation of the 2002 floods.
